CLEAN WATER

In the food and beverage industry, ensuring clean, fresh water of a specified quality and achieving cost-efficiency are paramount. Traditional filtration methods often fall short, introducing contaminants, degrading quality, and consuming excessive energy.

Pentair X-Flow Membrane filtration technology helps you address these challenges, providing a membrane filtration solutions that enhance product quality and reduces operational costs.

If you have any questions, please contact us.

APPLICATIONS

Pentair X-Flow serves the Food & Beverage industry with proven ultrafiltration (UF) and microfiltration (MF) membrane technology for diverse needs. Rely on high-quality product water and efficient process water reuse, achieving significant cost reductions and regulatory compliance.

Our decades of experience allow us to deliver custom solutions that maximize uptime, and protect equipment. Whether for surface and groundwater treatment, water reuse, or process solutions like beer, juice, or wine filtration, Pentair X-Flow addresses all your water challenges.

TREATMENT SOLUTIONS

With our broad expertise and decades of experience, we support the Food & Beverage industry with custom-made solutions.

Dairy Filtration
Milk is rich in proteins and numerous essential nutrients. To concentrate or remove these proteins and nutrients Pentair X-Flow is offering a wide range of milk ultrafiltration(UF) and milk microfiltration(MF) membranes.

  • Ultrafiltration: Membranes from 1,000 to 150,000 daltons
  • Microfiltration: Membranes from 0.1 to 0.65 microns
  • Membrane Elements: Sizes from 0.04m² to 60m²

Casein-whey separation
Hollow Fiber Membranes are the ideal solution for the separation of casein-whey proteins from skimmed milk. We offer membrane filtration solutions for dairy-based protein separation and plant-based protein separation.

Wastewater Treatment
The Food & Beverage industry generates highly loaded wastewater streams. Biological systems, like Membrane Bioreactors (MBR), use membranes to separate water from active biomass, ensuring high-quality water for reuse.Pentair X-Flow provides solutions to build effective wastewater treatment systems.

Filtration of Beer, wine, cider and juices
X-Flow microfiltration membranes, such as the R100, are widely used in the filtration of wine, cider, and juices. These membranes improve product quality, taste stability, environmental impact, and reduce product loss. They are also ideal for beer filtration.
